This is a lovely vintage black strapless evening dress with a ruffled bodice, shirred back and softly pleated black velvet mid section. The skirt of the dress has a built in tulle slip for fullness and the dress closes with a center back zipper. A great dress to wear to any party or special event! We estimate this to fit a modern day size 2/4. There is a slight stretch with the shirred back that gives about an inch.
